St Anne StatueAs mentioned earlier this year and per Bishop Jackels request, we are moving our Stewardship Renewal Drive back to the fall to correspond with the Diocesan-wide appeal.  What this means for now is instead of having a Spring drive with a Stewardship Fair, we will continue using the forms you filled out last year.  We have stewardship forms available in the back of the church. If you want to change any information, ministries or pledges, pick one up and turn in a new form by April 5th, Palm Sunday.  If you do not need to change anything at this time, you only need to continue the ministries and pledge from last year.

Everyone has a gift that they can share and everyone needs help at some time during his life.  We need the gifts of all parishioners to make our parish a warm, welcoming, safe place for all parishioners.  There are opportunities to help with Parish Ministries once or twice a week, month or year.

"Love one another. As I have loved you, so you should love one another.  This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." (John 14: 34-35)

With Jesus as the foundation, there are certain elements that need to be in place within the parish structure, which enable parishioners to convert to a stewardship life through the giving of self in time, talent and treasure.  Hospitality, Prayer, Formation and Service are the pillars that rise from the foundation of Jesus Christ.  Recognizing that this conversion is primarily a call from God made possible through grace He bestows upon us, the task of conversion to stewardship is part of our response to discipleship.

The four pillars of hospitality, prayer, formation and service invite us to experience, witness and live the stewardship way of life in response to our baptismal call to discipleship. Individually, each baptized person is called to give of time, talent and treasure to strengthen these four pillars that support the parish community.

As a parish embraces stewardship as a way of life, We recognize the responsibility not only to our own parish, but also to the diocese, the community and the Universal Church. Strengthening the pillars of hospitality, prayer, formation and service make us faithful disciples to the love given us freely by our loving God.  As faithful stewards, our only response to these gifts received is gratitude. Living stewardship is a disciple's response to our God, who has given us everything that is good!
