Pastoral Council minutes 03-03-09

What would a perfect parish look like? If we accomplished everything Jesus asks of us as the Body of Christ – what would St. Anne’s look like? I ask you to imagine that for a moment.

We are a parish with a lot of diversity. We have three very different cultures here. If everything was perfect, how would a parish like ours be? What would it look like? I think everybody would agree that we would all be working together – sharing each others interests – respecting each other - supporting each other – loving one another. At the same time we wouldn’t all be the same – we would be celebrating our differences together. Each taking the gifts God had given to them and sharing it with others. Each receiving the gifts of the other.
